RANDOLPH S COYLE MEMORIAL TRAP SHOOT AND PICNIC SEPTEMBER 9, 2018
It’s that time again to come together and celebrate the life of Randy Coyle. We will meet on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at The Mohnton Fish and Game Club at 8:00am for the 5th Annual Trap Shoot and Picnic.
Kid friendly event with plenty of activities, including Inflatable Connect Four, Basketball Challenge and a Soccer Shooting Challenge. The famous Pony Rides will be back for the second year. For the “Big Kids”, we have a DJ playing from 1 to 3PM and tons of raffles.
The day begins at 8am with a Lewis Class Trap Shoot, followed by JB Catering’s, Finger Lickin BBQ from 12:00 to 3:00pm. You do not need to attend the Shoot if you would only like to join us for the BBQ.
Ticket Prices are: $35.00 for 50 Bird Shoot; $25.00 for BBQ or $50.00 for both tickets. We welcome donations for children under the age of 16.
- $1,000 Platinum Sponsor funds 100 percent of a Scholarship in Randy’s name for the Fall Semester of 2017. Large company sign will be displayed during the event.
- $450 Gold Sponsor Package includes full squad for 5 shooters, 5 tickets for the BBQ, $100 worth of Sportsman Raffle Tickets and a company sign displayed during the event.
- $250 Silver Sponsor Package includes 5 tickets for the BBQ and a company sign displayed during the event.
- $100 Bronze Sponsor will have a company sign displayed during the event.
One hundred percent of the proceeds benefit the Randolph Coyle Memorial Fund. With your generous donations, we have been able to annually distribute over $5,000 to deserving students pursuing a career in Wildlife and Environmental Conservation.
Please share the event, spread the word and help us keep Randy’s name living for generations to come. A huge thank you to the 325 in attendance last year. We look forward to sharing many laughs with you on the 10th. Contact Jason Coyle for tickets or any questions at 610-777-5251 or email@example.com.
